All our apartments have a terrace or patio overlooking the garden for a relaxing rest. Residence Santa Maria offers apartments furnished with fine furniture, quality mattresses, equipped kitchens (kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher) and TV / Sat.

The property is built in the typical Tuscan style and is earthquake proof.

Thanks to a natural ventilation system in the apartments, the night temperature in summer is constantly 24-25 degrees. The evening breeze allows you to rest properly after afternoon excursions.

Available for rental guests to bring back to reception there are:

5 euros for stays from 1 to 3 days, 10 euros for 1 week

The apartments are equipped with wifi Internet connection. Independent heating in winter with meter and ceiling fans for summer even if the stone structure makes the apartments comfortable even in summer. Connectivity for mobile phones might be limited in some places.
